Order Process:
Once your order is placed, our team connects with you to finalize design details. If a drawing file is required, please note that the cost of the drawing is to be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
After your final confirmation of the drawing, production begins. Each mandir is built with precision, involving skilled craftsmanship and premium materials. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Due to the custom nature of our work, orders cannot be cancelled once the drawing is approved or the project is in progress. These creations are tailored to your specifications and cannot be resold or reused.
However, we understand that changes may arise. We are happy to accommodate reasonable customisations or adjustments during the process, provided they do not affect the structural integrity or overall design.
Damage & Returns:
In the unlikely event of transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue swiftly. Returns are only applicable in cases of major damage or incorrect delivery, not for custom design preferences.
